     As educators ourselves (michael.fernandez@edison.k12.nj.us & kristi.drude@edison.k12.nj.us), we understand the importance of crossing the curriculum to help our students grow and succeed. Our blend of health, physical, and general education guided us to create a series that promotes healthy eating habits, quality family time, and imagination.

     With a Nando The Healthy Hero author/ illustrator visit, your students and staff will enjoy an interactive presentation including our inspirations, the writing process, and reader's theater.
