NANDO'S FULL BODY FITNESS

Burn calories

Each episode contains 8 exercises and 8 rest/movements in 30 second intervals. Repeat each full body weekly workout, every other day, 3-4 times per week.

Earn points

Each episode has a corresponding point value. After completing all 3 sets, add these points to your existing total.

Get rewards

Reward yourself with a healthy prize after your point goal has been met. Examples:

300 points = Bonus movie night

1500 = Concert tickets

You can set your own bonus point values for different activities. In general, we have found that our point system works best with earning 1 bonus point for every 1 ACTIVE minute. Example:

20 minute brisk walk = 20 points

Season one

Season 01 focuses on increasing your exercise time to work up to 30 second intervals.

Season two

Season 02 focuses on upper body, middle body, and lower body in a weekly rotation.

Season three

Season 03 focuses on cardio, high points, and low points in a weekly rotation.
